From Startup Founder to Seasoned CEO:

This isn’t just for executives who’ve “made it.”

Whether you’re:

  • Pre-revenue founders wanting to build conscious companies from day one
  • Scale-up entrepreneurs (Series A-C) integrating purpose with rapid growth
  • Co-founding teams seeking deeper alignment beyond equity splits
  • First-time managers developing authentic leadership from the start
  • Senior executives ready to transcend traditional success metrics

One truth unites you: The old model of leadership—grinding toward exits, sacrificing wellbeing for wealth, leading from ego rather than wisdom—no longer serves you.

You’re ready for spiritual leadership: where purpose meets performance, where inner development drives outer success, where who you ARE matters as much as what you DO.

Leadership coaching conversation

The Questions That Brought You Here

Maybe you’re asking yourself:

  • “How do I stay true to my values while scaling fast?”Founders
  • “Can we build a unicorn AND a conscious company?”Co-founders
  • “What if my business could be a force for meaning, not just money?”Entrepreneurs
  • “How do I develop authentic leadership before the bad habits set in?”Emerging Leaders
  • “After all I’ve achieved, why does something still feel missing?”Senior Executives

You’re asking the right questions. After years of coaching CxOs, founders, entrepreneurs, and directors, I’ve discovered that the most transformative leadership breakthroughs happen when we bridge the gap between spiritual wisdom and business excellence.

The Hidden Challenge of Spiritual Leadership

I’ll be honest, for years, I struggled with openly discussing spirituality in business, despite my journey from Jewish roots through Vipassana meditation to becoming a Buddhist monk (hence my name, Amaranatho) and returning to an ordinary life. Why? Because in our data-driven, results-oriented world, “spirituality” can feel vague, impractical, or disconnected from quarterly targets and stakeholder demands. Until I discovered the truth: The most effective leaders don’t choose between performance and purpose: they integrate both.

Is Spiritual Leadership Coaching Right for You?

You’re ready if you:

  • Sense there’s more to leadership than metrics and milestones
  • Have a spiritual practice (or curiosity) you want to integrate professionally
  • Feel called to lead from a deeper place of purpose
  • Are courageous enough to explore who you really are
  • Want to create lasting impact beyond quarterly results

You’re NOT ready if you:

  • Seek quick fixes or surface-level techniques
  • Aren’t willing to examine your inner landscape
  • Believe leadership is purely about strategy and execution
  • Think spiritual and professional must remain separate

The Neuroscience of Meaning-Driven Leadership

Professor Ian McGilchrist’s research reveals why traditional leadership falls short. Your brain processes reality through two distinct lenses:

  • Left hemisphere: Analyzes, categorizes, controls (your quarterly reports)
  • Right hemisphere: Connects, experiences, flows (your leadership presence)

Spiritual leadership integrates both, creating leaders who are:

  • Present, not just productive — Fully engaged rather than mechanically efficient
  • Wise, not just smart — Making decisions from lived experience, not just data
  • Connected, not just networked — Building relationships that transform, not just transact

Real Transformation, Real Results

Case Study 1: From IT Manager to Industry Transformer

One client came seeking purpose and contribution. Through our spiritual leadership journey, they didn’t just find meaning—they received a CTO offer to shape the future of 5,000+ employees and transform their entire industry.

Case Study 2: CEO Bringing Faith to Complexity

A public service CEO faced overwhelming business challenges while yearning to integrate their deep faith into daily decisions. Together, we explored childhood patterns, nervous system regulation, and contemplative practices—transforming chaos into compassionate, wise leadership.

Your Path from Achievement to Fulfillment

Based on the Leadership Circle Profile research by Anderson and Adams, leaders evolve through five dimensions:

Leadership development dimensions

Where Are You Now?

Reactive Leadership (70% of leaders)
  • Following rules, meeting expectations
  • Creating efficient but uninspired teams
  • Feeling the weight of “lonely at the top”
Creative Leadership (20% of leaders)
  • Leading from authentic purpose
  • Building high-engagement cultures
  • Starting to integrate personal values with professional roles
Integral Leadership (9% of leaders)
  • Thinking in systems, serving the whole
  • Creating sustainable impact beyond the organization
  • Leading from a place of deep wisdom
Unitive Leadership (1% of leaders)
  • Experiencing profound connection with all stakeholders
  • Leading from expanded awareness that naturally serves all stakeholders
  • Creating transformative change at scale

These aren’t rigid levels but lenses through which we experience leadership. You might recognize yourself across multiple dimensions.

I am certified as a Leadership Circle practitioner, specializing in individual and collective leadership, and I approach my work through all these lenses.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the actual time commitment?

We meet 1-on-1 via video for 60-90 minutes, weekly or bi-weekly—flexing around your travel and critical business cycles. Between sessions, you'll have 10-20 minute practices that fit into what you're already doing: your commute, workout, even walking between meetings. No meditation apps or morning routine overhauls required. This work integrates into your existing schedule, transforming routine moments into leadership development opportunities.

Do I need an existing spiritual practice?

No. Some clients have established practices; others are simply curious about deeper meaning. We meet you where you are.

I'm not religious. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Spiritual leadership isn't about religion—it's about connecting with purpose, meaning, and your authentic self. My journey spans Jewish roots, Buddhist training, and secular mindfulness. We honor your unique path.

How does this differ from executive coaching?

While traditional coaching focuses on performance and strategy, spiritual leadership coaching addresses the whole person—integrating purpose, presence, and profound self-awareness into your leadership.

Will this conflict with my religious beliefs?

Absolutely not. This approach honors all faith traditions and personal beliefs, focusing on your direct experience and authentic expression.

Will my board/team think I've gone "soft"?

The opposite. Leaders who integrate spiritual dimensions report being more decisive, clearer in communication, and better at navigating complexity. This isn't about being soft—it's about being whole.

I'm just starting my leadership journey/company. Isn't spiritual leadership for later?

Actually, it's exponentially more powerful to build on this foundation from the beginning. Early-stage leaders who integrate spiritual practices report better decision-making under uncertainty, stronger co-founder relationships, more resilient company cultures, and—surprisingly—faster, more sustainable growth. Why? Because you're building with clarity from day one rather than having to course-correct later.

Can you work with co-founding teams together?

Yes. Some of my most transformative work happens with co-founding pairs or teams. When founders align at a spiritual level—not just strategic—they create unstoppable momentum. I offer specialized programs for co-founding teams seeking deeper alignment.

I'm pre-revenue/bootstrapping. Do you have options for earlier-stage leaders?

I believe in investing in conscious leaders at every stage. Let's discuss what's possible during our discovery call. I maintain a limited number of spots for emerging leaders who demonstrate exceptional commitment to conscious leadership.

How does this fit into my already insane schedule?

This is designed for leaders managing 60+ hour weeks. The practices integrate into your commute, workout, and even board meetings. This isn't about adding more to your plate—it's about transforming what's already there. We work with your rhythm, not against it.

Is this confidential? Will anyone know I'm doing this work?

All engagements are completely confidential. NDAs are possible. Your participation remains private unless you explicitly choose to share. Your transformation happens behind the scenes while your results speak publicly.

What if it's not working? Can I leave?

After an initial 3-month commitment, we move to month-to-month engagement. You can pause or stop anytime. This work requires commitment, but you're never trapped. If it's not serving you, we'll either adjust our approach or help you transition out gracefully.

How do I explain this expense to my board/CFO?

This work can be positioned as 'executive advisory,' 'leadership development,' or 'strategic consulting' for expense purposes. We'll discuss appropriate framing during our discovery call. Many leaders also choose to invest personally to maintain complete privacy.

Can you share more specific outcomes?

While each journey is unique, clients typically report: Improved decision-making clarity, dramatic reduction in leadership stress and burnout, stronger team engagement and loyalty, greater sense of fulfillment and life satisfaction, and unexpected career opportunities aligned with purpose.

How long does the journey take?

Most leaders experience significant shifts within 3-6 months, with initial insights often emerging within the first few weeks. The deeper integration continues beyond, as this becomes a new way of leading rather than a program to complete.

Amaranatho – Your guide and coach

I work with senior leaders, coaches, supervisors, and teams to deepen their reflective capacity, unlock hidden strengths, and surface unconscious patterns, by embracing presence, the courage to pause, the wisdom of not knowing, and leading from what matters most.

Together, we create workplaces where leadership emerges at every level, and people tap into their innate wisdom and creativity in service of something greater than individual achievement. This approach enables exceptional business outcomes while creating the conditions for truly transformational coaching and supervision that benefit both individuals and the wider system.

I am an accredited coaching supervisor and Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), bringing over two decades of contemplative and professional experience into my practice. My diverse background spans technical support management, a degree in artificial intelligence, and 15 years as a Buddhist monk. This rare combination of disciplines gives me a unique lens on leadership, transformation, and systemic change.

Drawing on my deep understanding of solitude, uncertainty, and the power of reflection, I support leaders in aligning their work with their life’s true purpose, enhancing their effectiveness as global stewards and evolving leadership culture in organizations and society.

Through the PlayfulMonk approach, which I developed, I help individuals and teams build their capacity for self-reflection, manage personal and group tensions, develop ethical awareness, and stay calm and connected in complex, high-pressure environments.

Currently, I serve as the part-time Head of Faculty and Leadership at Blend Associates, where I support senior executives and teams within the UK’s National Health Service to navigate the emotional and systemic challenges of leadership in times of change and stress.

With compassion, clarity, and courage, I walk alongside those who lead—to help them live and lead from presence, purpose, and possibility.

  4. Transformation

I have worked with 1000's of people to transform their lives, through public talks, workshops, and residential retreats.
